Myself and my partner attended the antenatal classes. We started the classes with very little knowledge as first time parents.Tracy & Lisa have been absolutely incredible! We cannot thank them enough.They have provided so much information, support and genuine care to the both of us. They make sure that both partners are included in every aspect of the classes.Definitely recommend! I have just booked my baby first aid with them.

Lisa and Tracy have been phenomenal, from the beginning they were attentive, prepared and clearly so knowledgeable and passionate about supporting parents-to-be in the most scary and exciting time of our life! We really loved coming to the classes, we’d recommend them to anyone and everyone who wants to feel more confident in themselves or in supporting their friends or family in the arrival of their bundle of joy!

My husband, sister in law and I took the baby first aid class. We left feeling confident and prepared after these wonderful ladies took time with everyone to make sure all questions were answered and everyone understood every aspect of what was being taught. I will be recommending this class to everyone!

I attended the baby first aid class tonight and had such a positive experience. The class was extremely helpful and packed with important, practical information that every parent should know. I walked away feeling much more confident and prepared. The two ladies (Lisa & Tracy) who ran the class were super friendly and knowledgeable. They made the environment feel comfortable and welcoming from the start. I especially appreciated that they gave us plenty of opportunities to ask questions and they took the time to provide clear, thoughtful answers to every single one.

The first aid course they put on was extremely informative and we felt leaving reassured and more prepared for those emergency situations!

The session was very thorough without feeling overwhelming. Everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand and remember. I’m so glad I took this class and would highly recommend it to anyone caring for a baby.

Thank you thank you thank you to Lisa and Tracy! As a second time mom, many people asked why I would sign up to a second hypnobirthing course when I've "done it before". But my hypnobirthing course first time around was very short and a few years ago. I had forgotten many things and knew there was more out there to learn. Who better to remind and teach me than two experienced midwives with hypnobirth training?!

As a first time Mom to be, I wanted to find out as much information as I could during my pregnancy and I had heard positive stories about Hypnobirthing. I signed up to the 4 week Hypnobirthing course with Lisa and Tracy and I have thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The classes are led by two experienced Midwives and they made the classes interesting, informative, engaging and made me want to go back week after week. I have finished the course with a wealth of knowledge, particularly surrounding my birth choices.I would recommend that any first time parents to be or anyone that hasn't tried Hypnobirthing previously to give it a go.
