How does your body work, the muscles of the uterus and the hormones. KGH mums can have a positive and empowering experience.

How your mind, conscious and subconscious, affects your body. The body does nothing without your mind tell it to. With mind and body working together in the way nature intended, your birth can be efficient and so much more comfortable.

Why negative and thoughtless language can have a devastating effect on how you give birth. Your partner’s natural instinct to protect you helps to keep you safe.

Antenatal Classes
Join our four week Antenatal Course!
Our comprehensive antenatal education programme provides practical information and support throughout your pregnancy journey including a goody bag.
Whats included?
Over four weeks you will explore:
Week 1: Birth Preparation – staying healthy, understanding your baby’s development, and preparing for birth
Week 2: Labour and Birth – recognising labour, coping strategies, and birth options

Week 3: Birth Interventions & Partners role - Induction of labour. Caserean sections, instrumental births and how partners can be involved and support.
Week 4: The Early Days with your baby - recovery, feeding, emotional wellbeing, and caring for your newborn
Each session is led by Lisa & Tracy and offers a welcoming environment to ask questions

Venue: Stonnall Village Hall, Walsall, West Midlands
Duration: 2 hours per week (for 4 weeks) 18.30-20.30 hours

STORK Programme
Supportive Training Offering Reassurance and Knowledge to parents, carers and families
